Our mission is simply to know and follow Jesus Christ.
How do we get there?
RCF strives to help each student to know and follow Jesus Christ, but how do we get to that point? Every person is different, and everyone is in a unique place in life. You may have grown up in church, or you may have just heard of Jesus for the first time in your life. Therefore, we focus much of our attention on one-to-one and small group discipleship opportunities, which are led by our ministry staff or student leaders. We hope that each semester you will be challenged to grow spiritually through spending time in God’s Word, prayer, community, and sharing your faith.
GOD’S WORD – Through hearing, reading, studying, memorizing, and meditating on Scripture, we learn from God’s Word who God is, what He has done, and how we should respond in our life today. RCF will help teach you how to study the Bible and to have God’s Word on your heart.
PRAYER – God cares about each one of us, and He has given us the means of prayer as our way of talking to Him. RCF will pray with you and for you, and will help you make prayer a priority in your spiritual growth.
COMMUNITY – As Christians, we are not alone in this journey of life. We have the opportunity to come together to encourage and challenge one another. At RCF, we hope that you will find a community that does those things. We also want to help you find a local church community where you can serve and grow.
SHARING THE FAITH – If we really believe what God’s Word teaches us, and if Jesus Christ has really changed our life, then why wouldn’t we share the good news of the gospel with others? RCF will help to equip you to share your faith.
